Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Experience in window cleaning/exterior maintenance or sales is a plus (training provided).
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit to handle equipment and outdoors tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows, frames, and tracks for residential and commercial properties.
• Perform house washing, pressure washing, and high dusting as needed.
• Operate ladders, squeegees, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.
• Promote services to clients, upsell, and secure repeat business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
