Job summary

Te Korowai Hauora O Hauraki seeks a Kaiārahi (Navigator) for our Thames-based Whānau Ora team to support priority whānau with plans and wrap-around support.

You will work with manaakitanga, kōtahitanga and Whānau Ora approaches to help whānau achieve their outcomes, with a 40-hour week on a fixed-term contract.

The role requires te reo Māori, strong communication, time management, and a clean full driver licence; applications to [e-mail] are invited.

Qualifications

• A relevant Whānau Ora tertiary qualification, or willingness to undertake study towards Whānau Ora qualifications.
• Experience in whānau case management involving Manaakitanga, Kōtahitanga and Whanaugatanga, and employment placement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga.
• Computer literacy.
• A clean full driver licence.
• Strong links with Hauraki communities, community groups and networks.
