Job summary

Te Oranganui in Whanganui is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide nursing care, assessment and guidance across Whanganui and Waverley clinics, delivering evidence-based care while forming trusted relationships with patients and whānau.

You will work autonomously within a skilled nursing and GP team, adhere to NZ Nursing Council competencies and Te Oranganui's values of Kotahitanga, Whanaungatanga, Tika and Pono, and participate in a warm, supportive kaupapa Māori workplace.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NZ Nursing Council competencies.
• 2+ years' experience in primary health care.
• Ability to deliver Whānau Ora model of care.
• Experience with MedTech Evolution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, assessment and guidance to deliver optimal health outcomes for whānau.
• Work autonomously in delivery of evidence-based clinical support and within a team of nurses and GP's.
• Uphold Te Oranganui values and meet NZ Nursing Council competencies.
• Engage with patients and whānau across Whanganui and Waverley clinics.
