Job summary

Alexander Associates International is seeking a motivated Head Chef to lead a large kitchen operation, design menus, and drive high-end culinary service. You will demonstrate strong man-management, staff development, and sound administration to maintain food and wage costs.

The ideal candidate has significant Head Chef experience, excellent leadership and organisational skills, and a passionate, energetic approach to delivering memorable dining experiences for international hotel clients.

Qualifications

• Head Chef/Chef in Charge in a large kitchen operation with leadership experience.
• Diploma or degree in culinary arts with minimum 5 years experience.
