Z Energy in Auckland or Wellington is seeking a Kaitaki Ihirangi Tukutuku Web Content Manager to own our websites as a key marketing channel. You will manage day-to-day website operations, publish and optimise content, monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience across our digital platforms.

This hands-on role requires CMS experience, SEO knowledge, and strong analytics. You will work with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate, on-brand,

Qualifications

• Experience managing website content in a CMS.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles.
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar tools to generate insights.
• Customer-focused mindset with an interest in improving digital experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content, imagery, video and digital assets across multiple websites.
• Monitor website performance and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Optimise content and site structure to improve search visibility and discoverability.
• Use website analytics and customer insights to improve journeys, engagement and content effectiveness.
• Lead website governance, quality assurance and content standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, communications, technology and external agencies to deliver great digital experiences.
