Job summary

Veolia Australia & New Zealand seeks a Reticulation Networks Operator in South Taranaki to operate and maintain water, wastewater and stormwater networks. The role focuses on service delivery, safety, KPI achievement and continuous improvement, with training provided for those new to the water industry.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with staff and clients.
• Ability to work autonomously with good planning and records.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills; computer literate.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and reactive maintenance of water, wastewater and stormwater networks.
• Act as point of contact for service requests and coordinate remedial action.
• Log reports and jobs accurately and file as required.
• Contribute to Capital Works improvement programs.
• Provide network operations support to the Networks Supervisor and Veolia team.
• Foster relationships with field staff, management, clients and suppliers.
• Perform general duties to ensure service delivery.
