As Operations Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operational excellence of our Wanaka team. From coordinating rosters and running toolbox talks to ensuring our vehicles and equipment are safe and ready to go, you’ll lead with energy, purpose, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
You’ll work closely with drivers and our transfer station teams to ensure our services run smoothly, compliantly, and profitably. No two days will be the same in this hands‑on role that blends leadership, problem‑solving, and operational oversight.
