Job summary

Motion is seeking a storeperson based in Waiuku to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, be physically capable of lifting up to 20kg, hold a NZ driver licence, and demonstrate a proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a team mindset. This role offers career progression, training, and benefits through Motion across NZ.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stores or distribution-centre experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.
• Full New Zealand driver licence.
• Sound understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and team oriented.
• Positive, hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service to internal business units and customers.
• Accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders.
• Receive, check and put away incoming stock.
• Assist with stock control, cycle counts and general inventory tasks.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy and free from hazards.
• Work closely with the team to support an efficient warehouse operation.
• Complete local delivery runs as required.
• Restock customer vending machines from time to time, ensuring stock is replenished accurately and on schedule.
