Bidfood Waipapa is seeking motivated, reliable people to join the Day Shift Warehouse Team on a fixed-term seasonal basis. This hands-on role works mainly in the freezer, involves heavy lifting up to 25kg, and offers full on-the-job training.

You will pick orders for daily deliveries, replenish stock, assist with stock receipting and stocktakes, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe. Great team, good hours, and a foot in the door with a leading foodservice distributor.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on warehouse role working primarily in the freezer.

• Picking customer orders for daily deliveries
• Replenishing stock and maintaining warehouse locations
• Assisting with inward goods and stock receipting
• Stock rotation and inventory control
• General warehouse cleaning and housekeeping
• Assisting with stocktakes
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a busy team

This role involves regular lifting of up to 25kg and being on your feet for most of the day.

No warehouse experience? That's okay. If you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.

The Hours

This is a fixed-term seasonal position covering our busy summer period.

Typical hours:

• Tuesday to Saturday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Additional hours may be available during peak trading periods, and flexibility to work overtime when required would be advantageous.
