Job summary

Bidfood Wellington's Nightshift Warehouse Team plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time. The role runs from 8.00pm to 5.30am, Sunday through Thursday and every second Friday night, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 hours per week.

You will pick, pack and load stock for daily deliveries, work accurately to meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform manual handling duties throughout a 9-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in picking/packing tasks.
• Reliability and commitment to nightshift work.

At Bidfood FSV Wellington, our Nightshift Warehouse Team plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time every day. While most people are asleep, our team is busy picking, packing and loading thousands of products for delivery across the region.

The work is physically demanding, fast-paced and requires a high level of accuracy. You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, regularly lifting, carrying, bending, reaching and moving throughout the warehouse. Some areas are chilled or frozen, and every order must be completed correctly and on time before the trucks leave each morning.

The Role:

• Nightshift hours: 8.00pm to 5.30am. Rostered Sunday through to Thursday, plus every second Friday night.
• Guaranteed minimum 45 hours per week.
