Job summary

Heineken in Auckland is seeking a motivated Warehouse Personnel to join our Supply Chain team. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will operate forklifts, perform stock checks, and contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse. A hands-on, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to meeting daily targets are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Emphasis on safety and ability to perform physical work.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Receive and store incoming stock.
• Perform inventory checks and stock control activities.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse.
• Work closely with your team to meet daily targets.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Personnel team member to join our Supply Chain team in Auckland. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving and storing incoming stock
• Processing returnable packaging materials
• Performing inventory checks and stock control activities
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse
• Working closely with your team to meet daily targets

What you’ll bring:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A strong focus on safety
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting
• Positive attitude and team‑first approach
• Experience using warehouse or inventory systems is an advantage
