Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Tauranga is seeking a hands-on labour and logistics contributor to support the Motion Fluid Solutions workshop across New Zealand, providing practical, meaningful work for mechanically minded individuals in a busy warehouse environment.

The role focuses on accurate order dispatch, safe operations, and supporting workshop coverage as the company grows in the region. A valid NZ driver’s license, physical fitness, and a proactive safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift objects up to 20 kg.
• Valid NZ driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude and awareness of health & safety requirements.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer focused service for all activities to each business unit.
• Ensure orders are correct and dispatched on time.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with OSH requirements.
• Support / cover the Motion Fluid Solutions workshop as needed.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and clean.

• Able to work independently, use initiative & develop smart ways of handling product.
• Team player attitude.
