Job summary

Surya International in Papatoetoe is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to own stock accuracy and flow. This hands-on role combines computer-based inventory management with practical warehouse tasks in a small team.

You will manage stock using Unleashed (or similar), forecast needs, coordinate with suppliers, support daily picking, packing and dispatch, and help improve systems. The position starts at 30 hours per week with potential to move to full-time.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with inventory management software (Unleashed, Cin7, DEAR, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Manage stock using Unleashed (or similar software) and perform stocktakes.
• Forecasting & Purchasing: Forecast stock needs and place supplier orders taking shipping lead times into account.
• Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Fulfillment & Hands-on Tasks: Support daily order picking, packing and dispatch, plus packing, labeling, and general warehouse organization.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement practical systems.
