Job summary

Baypak Distributing in Hawke's Bay is looking for a part-time Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator to join a close-knit team. The role runs 10am–2pm, Monday to Friday, and involves receiving goods, picking and packing, processing orders, answering calls, and delivering to key customers.

Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator

An opportunity exists for a dedicated, enthusiastic person to join this close-knit team in the role of warehouse and customer service coordinator. This is a part-time role working from 10am-2pm Monday to Friday. You will report to the General Manager and have responsibility for a range of activities. This is a hands‑on role involving receiving goods, picking and packing, answering customer calls, processing orders, liaising with sales representatives and team members. You will be out and about delivering goods to key customers and fostering relationships. There is some lifting involved, and you will also be working with data entry and managing information in computer systems.
