Job summary

Travel Marketing Cruise World on Auckland's North Shore is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our small, friendly team in clean, modern premises.

Your duties include order fulfilment, dispatch and accurate documentation for stock movements, regular stock takes, and maintaining a tidy, efficient warehouse with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Reliable with accurate attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and unsupervised when required.
• Forklift licence is an advantage.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines.
• Good communication and previous warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispatch: Prepare items for courier or post ensuring all items are clearly and correctly labelled and documented
• Documentation: Accurately complete all documentation for incoming and outgoing stock.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and report any issues. Carry out regular stock takes as required.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the organised to maximise efficiency and accessibility and ensure correct rotation of perishable product.

About the business and the role

We are a Warehousing & logistics company based on Auckland's North Shore distributing a wide variety of products on behalf of New Zealand and overseas companies. Our work ranges from travel brochures and promotional items for travel agents, to hard and soft goods to supermarkets and Distribution centers nationwide on behalf of a number of New Zealand and overseas companies.

We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our small friendly team working out of clean, modern premises.

Job tasks and key responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispatch: Prepare items for courier or post ensuring all items are clearly and correctly labelled and documented
• Documentation: Accurately complete all documentation for incoming and outgoing stock.
