Job summary

Flo & Frankie is seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant/Driver for our Parnerell warehouse in Auckland. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with flexibility during peak periods, and involves stock handling, delivery support, and general warehouse tasks.

You will be part of a down-to-earth team that takes pride in their work and community impact. A positive attitude and ability to work in a busy environment are essential, with a NZ driver licence required.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Must be physically able to lift and move stock.
• NZ driver's licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, barcode and store incoming stock.
• Pick and pack customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s standard.
• Prepare stock replenishment and ensure stock is ready for delivery.
• Deliver and collect stock between Auckland stores, warehouse and suppliers.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Complete stock transfer paperwork and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Support general warehouse tasks to keep operations running.

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a purpose-driven Kiwi company? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant/ Driver to join our team at our Parnell warehouse.

This is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday, with some flexibility required during peak periods. You’ll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that takes pride in what they do and enjoys working together to get the job done.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be involved in all aspects of stock handling, from inwards to outwards, as well as supporting deliveries across our Auckland stores:

• Receiving, checking, barcoding and carefully storing incoming stock
• Picking and packing customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s high standard
• Preparing store replenishment and ensuring stock is packed neatly and ready for delivery
• Delivering and collecting stock between our Auckland stores, warehouse and suppliers
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Completing stock transfer paperwork and ensuring deliveries are accurate and on time
• Assisting with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory checks
• Pitching in with general warehouse tasks to keep things running smoothly

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Has a proactive, can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
• Is reliable, organised and has great attention to detail
• Takes pride in their work and in how stock is presented
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Is physically fit and comfortable lifting boxes and moving stock throughout the day
• Has good communication skills and enjoys being part of a team
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
• Has a full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence
• Is well-presented and comfortable representing our brand when delivering to our boutiques and suppliers
• Has a full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence
