You will enter data for receiving, dispatch, and stock movements, maintain records, and ensure documentation is compliant. A proactive, safety-conscious approach and good teamwork are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Current forklift licence is required; push-pull attachment preferred.
• Experience using ERP/WMS or willingness to learn SAP ByDesign.
• Strong computer, administration and data entry skills.
• High attention to detail with inventory records.
• Analytical mindset to investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Organised, process-oriented and able to follow procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Calm, practical and solutions-focused when dealing with issues.
• Positive, reliable and safety-focused with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate data entry for receiving, dispatch, stock movements and documents.
• Maintain inventory records through system updates, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Process inwards goods documentation, labelling, purchase orders and dispatch paperwork.
• Investigate stock discrepancies by reviewing transactions and records.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, quality and management teams.
• Assist with compliance documentation including RMP, GMP, traceability and health and safety records.
• Manufacturing order preparation, reporting and follow-up tasks for warehouse.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access.
• Operate forklifts safely to support warehouse activity.
