• Experience in Key Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Waikato Key Client portfolio and act as the primary account management contact.
• Manage and support a select portfolio of strategic clients operating across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain Account Management Plans and Service Delivery Plans.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers and client stakeholders.
• Lead client review meetings, reporting and account planning activities.
• Work alongside branch and operational teams to ensure client expectations are understood and delivered.
• Monitor contract performance, service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities across the portfolio.
• Ensure client information, reporting and account records are maintained accurately.
