Job summary

Martin Personnel in Auckland is seeking pickers for an AM shift at our Wiri-based site. The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 30 kg and to work in temperature-controlled zones, including chiller and freezer.

You’ll join a fast-paced team with a 40-hour guaranteed week and overtime opportunities, with potential progression to a permanent position. You must be reliable, punctual and able to operate pallet jacks and handle repetitive picking tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to lift and move items up to 30 kg.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled zones (chiller/freezer).
• Reliability, punctuality and good eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick items for order fulfillment on AM shift.
• Operate pallet jack and move goods within warehouse.

Pickers needed for AM Shift from 6am - 2:30pm, Mon - Fri and every second Saturdays. Work is based in Wiri. You must be physcially fit to do repetitive picking and lifting of products and flexble to work in Chiller & Freezer zones.

Pickers - Day Shift (Wiri)

• $27.80 per hour as per starting payrate
• Monday - Friday + every second Saturday
• Flexible to work in Chiller & Freezer when required
• Opportunity to secure permanent position

Applicants must be physically fit to constantly lift, pick and palletize items. Ideal candidate must be prepared to pick products that weight up to 30kgs and open to work in temperature controlled zones such as chiller and freezer when required. Attendance is highly important along with your good eye for details and ability to cope with the fast paced environment.
Requirements:

• Pallet truck experience is required but not necessary
• Great attitude, reliability and work well in a team
• Able to work Mon - Fri & every second Saturday
• Punctual, good attendance and time keeping
• Can pass Drug Test & Clean MOJ
