Job summary

EQUIP People is seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our candidate pool for warehouse opportunities across Palmerston North. We have multiple shifts available and are looking for reliable people who are confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and can hit the ground running.

Your duties include picking and packing orders, checking products before dispatch, labeling, loading and unloading stock, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking/packing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit for repetitive work.
• Able to work at pace and meet daily targets.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Check products and quantities before dispatch.

• Load and unload stock as required.
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping.
