Programmed GO in Mt Wellington is seeking experienced Voice Picker / Forklift Operator to join a large beverage distribution operation. You will use voice-picking to pick orders and operate forklifts in a busy warehouse.

Join a Leading Beverage and Distribution Company - Voice Picker / Forklift Operator Roles in Mt Wellington!

Our client is a well-established beverage and distribution company with a busy warehouse operation based in Mt Wellington. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork, quality, and efficiency, they are looking for experienced warehouse professionals to join their team.

We are currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers with forklift experience to join their busy distribution operation. These roles are ideal for candidates who have previous voice-picking experience, at least 1 year of forklift experience, and a current hoist licence.

Available Shifts:

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Applicants must be available to work one of the above shifts.

About the Role:

As a Voice Picker / Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Using a voice-picking system to accurately pick and prepare customer orders
• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse
• Picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
• Loading and unloading stock safely
• Checking products and orders for accuracy
• Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a high-performing warehouse team
• Completing other warehouse duties as required

You Will Need:

• Previous voice-picking experience is essential
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
• Current hoist licence is required
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves regular lifting, walking, and standing
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A clean criminal record
• Ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening
• Reliable transport to and from Mt Wellington
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
