Job summary

Programmed GO in Mt Wellington, Auckland, is seeking experienced Voice Pickers for a busy beverage distribution warehouse. You will use a voice-picking system to accurately select orders and prepare them for dispatch.

This full-time role offers morning, afternoon, or night shifts, weekly pay, and a supportive team dedicated to safety and efficiency. Candidates must have voice-picking and warehouse experience, be reliable, and able to pass screening.

Qualifications

• Previous voice-picking experience is essential.
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical fitness for lifting, walking, and standing.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Using a voice-picking system to accurately pick and prepare customer orders.
• Picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Checking products and orders for accuracy.
• Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Working as part of a high-performing warehouse team.
• Completing other warehouse duties as required.

Join a Leading Beverage and Distribution Company - Voice Picker Roles in Mt Wellington!

Our client is a well-established beverage and distribution company with a busy warehouse operation based in Mt Wellington. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork, quality, and efficiency, they are looking for experienced warehouse professionals to join their team.

We are currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers to join their busy distribution operation. This role is ideal for candidates with previous voice-picking experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Available Shifts:

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Applicants must be available to work one of the above shifts.

About the Role:

As a Voice Picker, you will be responsible for:

• Using a voice-picking system to accurately pick and prepare customer orders

You Will Need:

• Ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening
• Reliable transport to and from Mt Wellington
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
