Job summary

Persol in Auckland is seeking experienced Voice Picker with forklift experience for a busy beverage distribution operation in Mt Wellington. This full-time role offers steady shifts, safety-first culture, and ongoing opportunities.

You will operate voice-picking system, drive forklifts, load/unload, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders. Applicants must have at least 1 year voice-picking, 1 year forklift, and a current hoist licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year voice-picking experience is essential.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience.
• Current hoist licence is required.
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience.
• Ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established beverage and distribution company with a busy warehouse operation based in Mt Wellington. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork, quality, and efficiency, they are looking for experienced warehouse professionals to join their team.

We are currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers with forklift experience to join their busy distribution operation. These roles are ideal for candidates who have previous voice-picking experience, at least 1 year of forklift experience, and a current hoist licence.

Available Shifts

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Applicants must be available to work one of the above shifts.

About The Role

You Will Need

• Minimum 1 year voice-picking experience is essential
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
• Current hoist licence is required
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves regular lifting, walking, and standing
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A clean criminal record
• Ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening
• Reliable transport to and from Mt Wellington
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
