Job summary

PlunketLine seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse/Leader to join the leadership team and shape the next chapter of our virtual nursing service across Aotearoa. You will lead a team of nurses delivering 24/7 phone, live chat and video support, ensuring safe, relational care for whānau.

The role requires strong clinical judgement, coaching capability and comfort with a predominantly virtual workforce. You will work within Te Tiriti frameworks and strive for equity in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching clinical teams to develop capability.
• Strong clinical judgement with focus on safe, culturally responsive care.
• Experience leading a remote or geographically dispersed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, supportive leadership to your team.
• Coach nurses to strengthen confidence and practice.
• Support clinical decision-making and escalation processes.
• Lead performance, development and competency conversations.
