Summerset is seeking a proactive Property Assistant for our Dunedin village. In this full-time role, you will support maintenance, gardening, and inspections, working with the Property Manager and Head Gardener to keep the village safe, beautiful, and well-run.

This is a Monday–Friday position from 8:00am to 4:30pm with a collaborative team environment. The role suits someone practical, approachable, and dependable, who enjoys variety and engaging with residents.

Qualificações

• Experience in property maintenance and gardening required.
• Strong DIY or trade skills preferred.
• Current driver’s licence required.
• Able to work independently and take pride in work and surroundings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with general property and garden maintenance.
• Help with building maintenance and refurbishments.
• Assist with landscaping, gardening, and ground care tasks.
• Participate in property inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Communicate clearly with residents, team members and contractors.
