Job summary

Circana is seeking an experienced Client Migration Project Manager in Auckland to lead client migrations onto Unify, Circana’s integrated insights platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide clients through change, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes structure, stakeholder accountability, and clear communication with clients and leadership. You will manage risks and drive continuous improvement in migration processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing projects, implementations, migrations, onboarding or business change.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident stakeholder management across clients, internal teams and senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting plans and simplifying complex information.
• Experience supporting people through process or platform change.
• Able to create structure and hold stakeholders accountable for actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end migration projects for clients transitioning onto Unify.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, responsibilities and communication schedules.
• Coordinate activities across clients, Client Success, commercial teams and product specialists.
• Lead client and internal project meetings with clear progress updates and decisions.
• Present migration plans and status updates to clients and leadership teams.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and roadblocks; escalate when required.
• Support clients through migration, explaining changes and actions.
• Coordinate readiness, testing, transition and post-migration handover.
