Qualifications

• Drafting and reviewing trust and legal documents with accuracy.
• Maintaining confidential client files and records.
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing trust and legal documentation, correspondence and corporate documents.
• Assisting with family trust creation and administration.
• Preparing bank account opening documents and transfer instructions.
• Initial review of client documents and KYC checks.
• Maintaining the firm’s file management system and client communications.
• Organising meetings and providing general admin support.
