Job summary

K & K NZ Transport Ltd is seeking three full-time permanent Class 2 Truck Drivers based in the Auckland region. You should hold an NZ Class 2 license or equivalent, with at least 30 guaranteed hours and potential for extra hours. Duties include loading, transporting and delivering parcels safely, and completing necessary paperwork and logs.

Hourly wages range from $25.00 to $35.00, depending on experience. You may drive outside Auckland for deliveries and will work in shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Have a good work ethic.

• No criminal conviction and willing to pass a drug test if required.
• Be punctual, reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Ensure that the vehicle has current COF and other compliance.
• Ensure accurate deliveries are made within the delivery timeframe.
• Medically fit to lift weights up to 25 kg to load/unload freight.
• Complete all paperwork including log books and proof of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting and delivering items in a safe and timely manner.
• Loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely.
• Complete all paperwork and file them including log books and proof of delivery.

K & K NZ Transport Ltd is looking for three (3) full-time permanent class 2 truck driver. The applicant for the position of Class 2-Truck Driver should have an NZ class 2 Driver’s License or equivalent if outside New Zealand. With minimum 30 hours guranted. The employer may offer extra hours as required.

We offer hourly wage rates from $25.00 to $35.00 depending upon experience. The company is based in Auckland Region but you may be driving outside of Auckland for delivery purposes. You will be required to work in shifts and weekends and must be fit to lift weights upto 25 KG to load/unload the items.

Job Requirements:

• The applicant needs to be medically fit for the job to lift weights upto 25 KG to load/unload the freight/items/parcels
• Loading, transporting and delivering items in a safe and timely manner
• Loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely
• Complete all paperwork and file them including log books and proof of delivery and handed to the company.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.

We will provide the training if required and will assist you to convert your overseas license to New Zealand license.
