Foodstuffs North Island at Eastridge New World in Auckland is seeking a part-time Trolley Assistant. You’ll collect shopping trolleys from the car park, keep trolley bays stocked, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment while assisting customers with carrying groceries to their vehicles when required.

• May assist in other areas of the store such as Grocery and Checkouts.

We're looking for a part-time Trolley Assistant tojoin our team here at Eastridge New World This is a physically demandingrole, so you'll need to be fit, motivated, and able to work efficiently in afast-paced environment. You will take pride in your work, have a strongcustomer focus, and be able to work independently while remaining aware of yoursurroundings. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work safely atall times is essential.

Flexibility is alsoimportant, as the needs of the department can vary throughout the day.

The Role:

As a Trolley Assistant, you will beresponsible for collecting shopping trolleys from the car park and ensuringtrolley bays remain well stocked

You will help maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environmentby keeping the car park, store entrance, and surrounding areas free fromrubbish.

You will also ensure trolleys are clean and presentable forcustomers and assist customers with carrying groceries to their vehicles whenrequired.

From time to time, you may also be asked to assist in otherareas of the store, including Grocery and Checkouts.

The Requirements:

• Physicallyfit and able to safely push multiple trolleys.
• Comfortableworking outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Apositive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Reliable,punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
