Job summary

Clutha District Council seeks an experienced asset management professional to monitor risks, develop management plans, and collaborate with project and operations teams on capital works. You will coordinate asset databases and support transportation services for the community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Asset Management/civil or equivalent with 3-4 years relevant experience in roading/transportation.
• Sound knowledge of RAMM (ThinkProject) and NZTA Transport Investment Online (TIO) an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident working with databases, financial monitoring and reporting.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Continually monitor, review and manage risks associated with management accountabilities.
• Develop and implement asset/activity management plans.
• Work closely with the Project Management and Operations Teams to identify capital works projects.
• Coordinate administration and operation of asset databases.
