Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland is seeking an experienced transformation leader to guide large-scale programmes from shaping through delivery. You will partner with senior executives to drive measurable operational outcomes and shape operating models across business, technology, data/AI and change.

This role sits in a global services environment with on-site Auckland CBD work. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, own proposals, and help grow client accounts while delivering real business impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in consulting/transformation/ops/tech delivery and/or FS.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation (strategy → benefits realisation).
• Strong executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor capability.
• Financial services domain depth (e.g., claims, lending, servicing, risk, compliance).
• Experience shaping opportunities, writing proposals, and growing client accounts.
