Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a senior transformation leader to join a global services organisation supporting major financial services clients. You will lead complex transformation programmes from shaping through execution and partner with senior executives to deliver measurable operational outcomes.

The role offers the chance to drive operating model redesign and technology-enabled change, leading multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology, data/AI and change, with an on-site Auckland

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in consulting, transformation, ops, tech delivery, and/or FS
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation from strategy to benefits realisation
• Strong executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor capability
• Experience shaping opportunities, writing proposals, and growing client accounts
