Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland seeks a senior transformation leader to drive complex programmes from shaping to execution. The role partners with senior executives to deliver measurable operational outcomes and leads multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology, data/AI, and change.

The Auckland CBD on-site environment offers hands-on delivery accountability and strategic influence. You will help shape opportunities, write compelling proposals, and grow client accounts within the financial

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in consulting/transformation/ops/tech delivery and/or FS
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation (strategy → benefits realisation)
• Strong executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor capability
• Financial services domain depth (e.g., claims, lending, servicing, risk, compliance)
• Experience shaping opportunities, writing proposals, and growing client accounts
