Job summary

Higgins’ Green Team in Hamilton is seeking a permanent full-time Traffic Management Operative to support road safety and courier crews on site. You’ll set up traffic controls, manage traffic flow, and create safe workspaces while assisting pedestrians and local residents with questions.

You’ll work with a team that values safety, reliability and professional conduct, with opportunities to progress and gain further licenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management or willingness to learn and be trained.
• Must hold TC Qualification Level 1 or be willing to obtain it.
• Full NZ Driver’s Licence Class 1; Class 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic management sites to ensure safety on site.
• Control traffic flow and create safe workspaces for crews.
• Support pedestrians and answer questions from local residents.
• Represent Higgins in a positive and professional way.
