The Warehouse is seeking a Trading Manager to lead in-store customer experience, manage shop floor and stockroom operations, and drive the trading plan for seasonal stock and promotions across the store.

You will report to the Store Manager, recruit and coach the team, uphold health and safety and audit standards, and ensure stockroom organization and rotation to support night fill. This leadership role emphasizes customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven big-box retail management experience or strong leadership in another industry.
• Knowledge of promotional execution, planograms, space allocation and visual merchandising standards is advantageous.
• Understanding of traffic management plans.
• Experience adhering to audit standards and health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to lead through change and deliver results.
• Passion for customer service and team development.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the trading plan, ensuring seasonal stock and promotions are rotated to the front of store and displayed correctly.
• Follow planograms and keep merchandising standards high.
• Ensure excellent merchandising, availability and pricing integrity standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop your team.
• Be the example when it comes to health and safety and audit standards.
• Keep the stockroom organized and stock rotated and stored in appropriate locations to setup the night fill team for success.
