Job summary

The Warehouse Group in Auckland is seeking a Trading 2IC to support the Trading Manager on shopfloor duties across Entertainment and Technology, with emphasis on price integrity. You’ll lead teams, uphold safe practices, and ensure promotions and planograms are executed correctly.

Ideal candidates will display strong leadership, a commitment to customer experience, and the ability to start a career in retail leadership. Flexible hours reflect store needs and retail schedules.

Hours of work are:

• Tuesday to Thursday -9:30am to 6:00pm
• Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Saturday - 1:00pm to 9:30pm

Are you ready to take your first step into leadership? We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as our Trading 2IC!

As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shopfloor related, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. You willdemonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas.

Your role will also encourage you toactively promote a safe environment, and ensure all legal trading requirements are met. You will ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly.
