Job summary

Plumbing World Rotorua Branch is seeking a confident Trade Sales/Driver to join our team. You will deliver products to sites, assist at the trade counter, and back up colleagues.

This role suits plumbers or tradies moving away from the tools while staying connected to the trade. We offer a permanent full‑time position, with a 42.5‑hour week, training, and career growth.

What your day will look like:

• Delivering products to sites and building strong relationships with our customers.
• Serving at thetrade counter, ensuring customers get what they need to get their day started.
• Supporting other areas of the branch as needed.

This role is a permanent full-time position working 42.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.

Specific start and finish times will be discussed during the interview stage.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations.
• Good retail sales & excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable with a great attitude.
• Good time management.
• Work well under pressure while displaying good sound logic.
• Customer Focus is a must.
• Physically fit as there will be some heavy lifting (up to 20kgs)
• Full, clean New Zealand drivers' licence.
• A valid forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
• Pride in personal appearance with great interpersonal skills.
