Red Bull New Zealand seeks a Trade Marketing Specialist to translate marketing plans into shopper-led trade activations and drive sales across our Off Premise channels. You will align with Off Premise channel managers by account, manage budgets, and contribute to business planning with data-driven insights.

You will coordinate with Marketing, On Premise and Off Premise teams, oversee POS development, retail media partnerships, and agency relationships, while training field teams in best

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing with Brand Marketing exposure
• Understanding of FMCG industry and sales processes
• Solid project management skills and cross-functional work competency
• Confident user of MS PowerPoint with ability to visualize ideas and concepts
• Confident user of MS Excel or similar tool with strong knowledge how to work with data

Responsabilidades

• Translate marketing plans into effective Trade Marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing, On Premise and Off Premise teams for alignment across campaigns.
• Oversee creative development for POS and manage agency relationships.
• Manage retail media programs and third-party POS and cooler partners for storage and maintenance of assets.
• Lead field briefings, support training, and conduct post-campaign analysis.
