Job summary

Reece New Zealand in Queenstown is seeking a Branch Staff to help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. You will provide friendly customer service, handle product information, and support the branch to run smoothly.

A typical day includes delivering to customers, quoting over the phone or in person, picking, packing and stocking, and keeping the shop floor tidy and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service
• Ability to pick orders, maintain displays and ensure information is accurate
• Comfort with computers and willingness to learn new systems
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and availability for weekends
• Desire to develop your career within our network

About The Role

As part of the Trade Counter team (Branch Staff) in Queenstown, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Involves

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Make regular deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
