Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a friendly Trade Counter Assistant for our Nelson Plumbing branch. You’ll help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need and support daily branch operations.

You’ll deliver great service, price quotes in person and over the phone, and assist with stock control, housekeeping and occasional deliveries with our company vehicle. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to provide product information and quotes.
• Willing to perform stock control and order picking.
• Valid driver’s licence and comfortable with occasional deliveries.
• Happy to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries using a company vehicle.
