Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA New Plymouth is seeking a supervisory team member to support trades and DIY customers. You will lead a team of around six staff, handle a high volume of admin tasks, and work 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday, ensuring smooth daily operations in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate brings customer service excellence, strong teamwork, and leadership experience, plus adaptability and a willingness to learn new IT systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales support is essential.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate daily tasks.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and IT system aptitude.
• Proven organizational and administration capabilities; able to prioritise.

Responsibilities
