Job summary

Ritchies Group is seeking a Tours & Charters Reservations Administrator to join our West Auckland team at the Swanson Depot on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave. You will handle quotes, bookings, and provide administrative support to our Tours and Charters team across New Zealand.

Based in West Auckland, you will deliver exceptional customer service to depots from Kaitaia to Gore, coordinate schedules, manage changes, and uphold health and safety standards while learning new systems and

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Tours & Charters Reservations Administrator to join the Ritchies team, based at our Swanson Depot in West Auckland, on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave.

This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience for all tours and charter enquiries. You'll be responsible for preparing quotes, coordinating bookings and providing administrative support to our Tours and Charters team across New Zealand.

Working with depots from Kaitaia to Gore, you'll help ensure customers receive professional, efficient service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our tours and charter business.

You will be an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

You take pride in your organisation and attention to detail, can effectively manage competing priorities and enjoy solving problems. You'll be comfortable communicating with a wide range of people and building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.

You are confident using technology and can quickly learn new systems. Experience in transport, tourism, reservations, customer service or bookings would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

You also understand the importance of maintaining a strong health and safety culture.
