Farmers Sylvia Park is seeking a part-time Ordinary Beauty Advisor to welcome customers, diagnose skincare concerns, and recommend The Ordinary products. This role focuses on client engagement, product demonstrations and delivering a rewarding customer experience in-store.

You will collaborate with store leadership to meet sales targets, build a loyal clientele and showcase the brand’s affordable, science-backed skincare range. The roster includes Sunday, Monday and Thursday shifts.

The Ordinary is cruelty free and does not support animal testing, nor do they pay others to do so. All products are free of parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, animal oils, coal tar dyes, formaldehyde, mercury and oxybenzone.

This is a permanent part-time position. The successful candidate will work the following roster:

• Sunday: 10:15pm - 7:15pm
• Monday: 9am - 5pm
• Thursday: 2:15pm - 9:15pm

Working with this prestigious Brand as a Beauty Advisor is an opportunity for you to showcase your talents, from performing skincare consultants, diagnosing skincare concerns and recommending products. This role is varied and will require you to:

• Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor.
• Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential.
• Be confident in applying products, recommending products and closing the sale.
• Share your passion for the Brand and all their exciting offerings.

About You:

We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team who has:

• Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for Skincare, Health and Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
• A genuine desire to up-skill yourself with new product knowledge, reviews and launches.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.
