Farmers Trading Company Ltd in New Zealand is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to join The Ordinary brand. You will perform skincare consultations, diagnose concerns, and recommend products while building a loyal, growing clientele.

This varied role includes collaborating with the Counter Manager and Brand Manager to grow business, applying and recommending products, closing sales, and sharing the Brand’s exciting offerings with customers.

Competenze

• Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for Skincare, Health and Beauty, and helping customers feel great about themselves.
• A genuine desire to up-skill yourself with new product knowledge, reviews and launches.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.

THE ORDINARY

The Ordinary is cruelty free and does not support animal testing, nor do they pay others to do so. All products are free of parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, animal oils, coal tar dyes, formaldehyde, mercury and oxybenzone.

This is a permanent part-time position. The successful candidate will work the following roster:

• Monday: 10am - 5:30pm
• Tuesday: 10am - 5:30pm
• Thursday: 10am - 5:30pm
• Sunday: 9:45am - 5:15pm
