Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Territory Manager for the Lower South Island, ideally based in Dunedin. This field-based role drives sales performance across the territory with autonomy and strong support from the Consumer Goods team.

You will build long-term relationships with grocery customers, execute strategic sales plans, and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive brand visibility for iconic global brands.

About the Role

The Territory Manager, Lower South Island is a field-based sales role within DKSH's Consumer Goods team, responsible for owning and driving commercial performance across the greater Lower South Island. Ideally based in Dunedin or surrounding areas, this role offers genuine autonomy, strong team support, and the opportunity to make a real impact working with iconic global brands.

What You Will Deliver

• Sales performance that meets or exceeds targets, with full ownership of results across your territory


• Strong, long-term relationships with key grocery customers that support distribution gains, improved ranging, and best-in-class in-store presence


• Strategic sales plan execution that lifts commercial performance and maximises brand visibility across the territory


• Identified opportunities to improve sales processes and territory efficiencies that contribute to the wider team's success

What You Bring

• Proven experience in sales or territory management, ideally within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or grocery


• Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels


• A results-driven, collaborative, and positive approach to work


• Confidence using technology and digital sales tools including Microsoft (MS) Office and iPad
