Job summary

Persol is recruiting a Grounds & Facilities Caretaker for Haeata Community Campus in Christchurch. This hands-on role focuses on grounds maintenance, with mowing, weedeating, weed spraying and general upkeep, plus some minor handyman work.

The position is temporary with potential for permanency, working 11:00am-7:00pm, Monday to Friday, in a busy school environment. You will join a caretaking team and collaborate with staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening or caretaking is required.
• Capable of operating grounds maintenance equipment.
• Reliable, practical and able to work in a busy school environment.

• Mowing, weedeating and general grounds maintenance.
