Job summary
ACC in Auckland is seeking a Technology Resilience Manager to lead our resilience and disaster recovery programme across critical systems. You will influence senior leaders and engineers to strengthen recovery capabilities and risk management, supporting services that keep New Zealanders safe at work, at home and everywhere in between.
In this highly influential role you will set strategic direction, provide practical guidance, oversee testing of recovery plans and report on resilience posture
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading operational resilience, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud and networking technologies.
- Experience developing, governing and testing disaster recovery plans and recovery frameworks.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST; experience integrating resilience and risk practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead ACC's technology resilience capability and recovery readiness.
- Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Provide strategic guidance and assurance on resilience posture to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with technology leaders, engineers and business stakeholders.
