Job summary

Beca Group Limited is seeking a Group Operational Resilience Lead to strengthen how we prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption. You’ll lead the Critical Business Services framework, map dependencies, assess risks, and develop practical recovery plans in partnership with business and technology leaders.

Reporting to the CISO, you’ll influence senior leaders and build a capability from the ground up, collaborating across the Group to safeguard services for clients and communities

Qualifications

Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or cyber resilience.
Experience with BIAs, resilience assessments, and disruption scenario testing.
Ability to translate complex risk concepts into practical business language.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop the Critical Business Services framework.
Identify critical services, dependencies, risks and points of failure.
Develop and test recovery plans and disruption scenarios.
Drive resilience improvements and incident recovery across the group.
