Job summary

FindIT Recruitment in Auckland seeks a Technology Business Manager to lead regional technology strategy across Digital, IT and OT, translating business priorities into roadmaps that create sustainable value. You will report to the General Manager, Digital & IT, and be a member of the ANZ Technology Leadership Team working with senior business leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in business technology leadership roles.
• Strong experience developing and delivering technology strategy.
• Proven track record of business transformation and value creation.
• Experience across Digital, IT and OT environments.
• Strong commercial and business acumen alongside technology expertise.
• Ability to anticipate technology challenges and identify strategic opportunities.
• Proven ability to lead and influence change across complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building capability.
• Ability to communicate, engage and influence at executive level.
• Strong strategic problem solving and decision making skills.
• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
