Job summary

AsureQuality is seeking an instrument technician in Lower Hutt, Wellington to operate our state-of-the-art chromatography instrument fleet. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday–Friday roster.

On-the-job training will deepen your chemistry knowledge and instrument skills while adhering to ISO 17025 quality standards and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, good communication, and collaborative spirit to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated laboratory

Qualifications

• Experience with laboratory instrumentation and chromatography is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the chromatography instrument fleet.
• Support quality compliance with ISO 17025 and safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure reliable and safe testing processes.

The Opportunity
AsureQuality are looking for an instrument technician to help with operating our state-of-the-art instrument fleet

It is a fabulous opportunity for people to deepen their chemistry knowledge through hands-on operation of chromatography instrumentation. Full training is provided on the job, including quality compliance with ISO 17025 and Safety measures to ensure the job is done reliably and safely according to the Worksafe Act 2015.

AsureQuality is a fast-paced work environment requiring collaboration and team work. Our ideal candidates will have attention to detail, great communication skills, with previous experience in a similar highly regulated environment being a plus.
